While we take pride in all of our Trendy Threadz products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a exchange or in store credit. We want to make it as easy for you !

• Our POLICY is NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY !

• Local pick ups ONLY! 

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a gift certificate the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased`. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged and are FINAL SALE !

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at trendythreadzboutique@outlook.com and send your item to:

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
